ISINA Applicant Spotlight: Christian Cordan

Christian Cordan wears a lot of hats. In his own words, he’s a “singer, songwriter, producer, photographer, videographer, graphic designer, model, and actor.”

Born and raised in Arkansas, Christian then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, before returning to Arkansas to get his master’s from The University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service at Little Rock.

As a musician, Christian works in the contemporary R&B/soul genre. He describes his music as “intentional and very cathartic, greatly inspired by his past lamentations, relationships, and mistakes as well as his visions of the future to inspire others from his personal journey.”

Christian says he wants his music to show how people can be motivated to soar above the commonplace. He “wants people to believe that they can do anything they put their minds to no matter where they have come from, what they have been through, or what limitations they believe life has placed on them.”
