Dominic Muhrer is one of three members of Austrian pop rock band, The Makemakes, which has nailed the top 10 chart positions of the Austrian Singles Chart twice. Interviewer: “(Translated to English) What was the recording and production of "Climb Every Mountain" like with U.S. music icon Humberto Gatica, a 16-time Grammy winner and producer of Michael Jackson?”

Dominic Muhrer: “(Translated to English) Basically everyone cooks only with water, but you realize that he is an absolute professional. Especially in vocal recording, he is probably the best, because he is really strong on the artist and knows how to achieve the perfect result in no time - and thereby respond to the needs of the artist.”

Interviewer: “(Translated to English) The song ‘Climb Every Mountain’ was written in 1959 - why is the text still relevant to you today?”

Dominic Muhrer: “(Translated to English) This text will never lose its meaning. The message of believing in yourself is important - and you should never let go of that thought.”
