Tyler
Gordon
Tyler Gordon is a singer/songwriter out of Nashville, TN. The rootsy, Americana music style that bleeds through his playing is reflective of his mid-west upbringing in a small town surrounded by cornfields. For what he lacks in a witty charisma, or sharp one-liners to humor a show, Gordon replaces with raw passion and a deep emotional connection to the music. While his combo playing of the harmonica and guitar are progressive in style, Gordon's raw and raspy vocals are what sets him apart from the herd. Untrained-- yet developed. Unique-- yet familiar. Whether it's an intimate acoustic show, or a sold out arena, Gordon is always fighting to break the barrier between listener and performer. His crowd engagement creates a fun, and somewhat youthful atmosphere--as though you're piled in a car with friends singing along to a blasted radio. Aside from his solo career, Tyler also plays in a few other groups: Bennington, Cantina Fields and Music City Rhythm Revue.
