Hi. I am a young guitar player from Ukraine, now live in Kiev. Guitar is my passion since i was a child, i like play rock. Paul Gilbert, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Slash, Victor Smolski is one of my favorite guitar heroes. Metallica, SOAD, RHCP, Nightwish are my favorite bands.

Starting my music lessons, I often asked myself – what is music? For some people, it is a state of mind, for some people just melody or rhythm which makes them dance, for someone else it is a true exact science with mathematical laws. When I asked people, they responded in different ways, but every time their words had something in common.

Unquestioningly, music has tremendous power. It could make you laugh or cry, inspire or immerse one in endless depression. It could cause you to feel loneliness or conversely enchant the time you spend with your friends. Music accompanies us wherever we are – at home, while traveling, in a theater, cinema, gym, in a store, at a restaurant, in a car, train or plane.

Sometimes it’s like an easy melody or motif, and sometimes like a profound philosophical composition which plunges you into an ocean of thoughts. Music could take different forms - it pursues us everywhere.

And one day I asked myself - so what is music? A set of notes, drawn up in a specific order, united by mutual harmony? Is it a vibration of certain surges? No.

I am completely certain that music is people’s materialized feelings which could be felt again and again. And i try to make my guitar sing like a never before, and always find a way to learn something new, to play something new.

I had played in a few bands, took part in a few competitions, now i trying to write music for movies and trailers. And now when i had explored such a great opportunity to take lessons in your academy, i want to try.
