CINCO NÓS
Funk, jazz, rock, balads and an experimental touch. These ingredients gained shape, that is, a different and innovative rhythm with “Cinco Nós”, a group of five musicians, well-known to the “capixaba” music scenario. They decided to get together their musical influences and do what they and their fans label as “musiquaidade” (musiquality).
Their influences range from Dave Matthews Band, Lenine, Djavan to Chico Buarque, Moska, Alanis, Metallica and others.
In the repertoire, the lyrics are a strong asset for the songs as they treat romanticism and ordinary life as one. They are songs written by Nano Vianna – vocal, acoustic guitar; Renato Furtado – vocals, guitar; Pedro Costa – saxophone, vocals; Tarcisio Louzada, drums, vocals; Vitor Rigoni – bass.
Cinco Nós’s creativity and musical expression is a trademark as for the strength of lyrics, impact in melodies, and instrumental creativity.
This musical expression and creativity was proved with the first place at the cultural event “Oi Vitória Music Festival”, being also the opening band for Skank, o Rappa and Dead Fish in the following year.
Throughout the years, the band has been playing in “Vitória”, “Colatina”, “Alegre”, “Rio de Janeiro” - all Brazilian places – and has a great acceptance by the public. Cinco Nós has been looking forward to playing all around the world showing what they love the best: music.
