Imelda and Clyde
Imelda & Clyde (I&C) met in 2015.
The duo began playing music together in early May 2016 in Lausanne, Switzerland, where they are still based today.
It didn't take long for them to get noticed, as in July that same year, the two young artists got to play at the Terrasse Nestlé during the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival. From Soul to Pop with a hint of Ethno-Jazz, their original compositions and their great complicity on stage ought to be the keys of their success as they kept getting more and more opportunities. But it is only in April 2017 that Imelda and Clyde decided to make their first steps as professional artists and follow their ambitions.
Little did they know that a few months later, they would perform an entire set of their songs at the Montreux Jazz Festival 2017, not only at the Terrasse Nestlé but also at the famously known Auditorium Stravinski, biggest and most prestigious stage of the Festival.
This experience of a lifetime got them even more motivated and passionate about their projects; record their first album, and share their music with the world.
