As a child I found music. My parents still tell the story of how I would sneak out of bed and into the living room at night while they watched music programs on TV. The Lord has blessed my with a talent and an amazing family who has supported and encouraged my throughout my 35 years. As such I have always had this desire to make sure that I could share his gift to me with as many people as possible. Through junior high and high school and college I got to study under some of the best choral directors and private instructors in North Texas. Their guidance and high expectations made me better at all things in life from music to information technology to fixing cars. I am so grateful for their influence. Without it I wouldn't be half the man I am today.
I have studied everything (music wise) from classical to gospel to blues to country and back again. There subtle hints of all of them in the way I present a song. I am well versed (but certainly no virtuoso) in guitar piano and clarinet. I have written and arranged music for an amazing band out of Florence TX which i had the opportunity to front for a stint back in 2011. I still play live here in Fort Worth but it is mostly just sitting in for a local artist whom I am friends with. He lets me use his stage time and I tell you it is the thing I look forward to most during the week. My whole life has been geared to being the best at making noise and doing whatever I can to get it out there for people to hear.
I have an amazing wife who is pushing me to do more my noise. She has been my rock through some pretty nasty times involving a horrific injury and a week long hospital stay just days before our wedding as well as a lay off and the process of rebuilding my credit. She is the most amazing woman I know ( aside from moms of course) and I thank God for her everyday.
All of that to say this... All I have ever wanted to do is make music with other talented people. Any direction that you can provide in making that happen would be resoundingly appreciated.
